We provide end-to-end execution of photovoltaic projects – from energy audits and technical/legal analyses to obtaining permits, securing financing, and implementing the project. Depending on client needs, we also offer financing options through Solar-as-a-Service subscriptions or Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
At Quanta Energy Romania, we are currently looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager – B2B Market for photovoltaic and energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, a strong drive for success in the renewable energy sector, and a client-focused approach.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquiring and managing new B2B clients from the industrial, commercial, and logistics sectors.
- Advising on and selling optimal solutions for large-scale photovoltaic systems.
- Implementing individual sales plans for PV projects, covering technical, legal, and financial aspects.
- Using your knowledge and expertise to build client trust in photovoltaic solutions.
- Coordinating the execution of signed business contracts.
- Managing your assigned region and client portfolio with creativity and independence.
Our Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to execute individual sales strategies and manage work independently.
- Highly active and goal-oriented, adaptable, and open to new challenges.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and explore new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting with all decision-making levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on professional growth.
- Technical knowledge in the fields of electricity or energy is a strong plus.
- Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Registered business activity or willingness to establish one (B2B contract).
- Fluency in Romanian (native level) and communicative English (minimum B1+ level).
