Job brief
We are in search of a highly skilled and organized Head of Business Development to build commercial team and our presence in booming Commercial & Industrial PV market in Germany
Responsibilities
- Driving the organisation’s business development strategy, enhancing its current portfolio, and exploring new business opportunities
- Acquiring / supporting acquisition of customers and building permanent relationships (medium and large companies)
- Leading key negotiations, coordinating valuations, technical assistance and support of legal department
- Developing and building an effective commercial team
- Executing commercial objectives
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in renewable energy industry
- Proven track record of meeting commercial objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate Team
- Commitment, independence, good organization of work, self-discipline;
- Languages: Native German, fluency in English
