We are in search of a highly skilled and organized Head of Business Development to build commercial team and our presence in booming Commercial & Industrial PV market in Germany

Responsibilities

• Driving the organisation’s business development strategy, enhancing its current portfolio, and exploring new business opportunities
• Acquiring / supporting acquisition of customers and building permanent relationships (medium and large companies)
• Leading key negotiations, coordinating valuations, technical assistance and support of legal department
• Developing and building an effective commercial team
• Executing commercial objectives

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in renewable energy industry
• Proven track record of meeting commercial objectives
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate Team
• Commitment, independence, good organization of work, self-discipline;
• Languages: Native German, fluency in English
